My submission to Terrain.org and the Spring Creek Project is a short multimedia film:  "The Feeling Place: Emotions of the Climate Crisis", and shares some of the reflections from people who have participated in Climate Cafes that I have facilitated.  In the film, I intend to present the need for deliberate engagement with the emotions of the crisis - and to help the viewer experience the meaning-making, containment, inspiration, and companionship that can be found in groups like Climate Cafes.  Within this, I hope to show that the action of "feeling the feelings" can give rise to energy, problem-solving, sustainable action, and a sense of connectivity that is key for addressing all the crisis entails.  Visually, I use my own art for the film - my own creative holding ground to engage and embody my crisis experiences.
